Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

In the case of multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item has been received.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dikrat) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or telephone).

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Customers are responsible for returning the goods in their original condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
